Expedited ITIN Processing
Certified Acceptance Agent Service — $349 one-time
Secure your US Taxpayer ID without ever mailing your physical passport to the IRS. We authenticate your documents digitally via a secure video call.
The Old Way vs. The CAA Way
Mailing your passport to the IRS can leave you stranded without international ID for up to 15 weeks. Our Certified Acceptance Agent status solves this.
How It Works
Our streamlined W-7 application process.
Prep Document Generation
We prepare your Form W-7 and all necessary supporting tax documentation based on your specific business situation (e.g., claiming tax treaty benefits or exception criteria).
Verify The Video Call
You join a brief 5-minute video call with our IRS Certifying Acceptance Agent. You hold up your physical passport to the camera for visual authentication and validation.
Submission Expedited Filing
We assemble the W-7 package with our official Certificate of Accuracy (CoA) and submit it securely to the specialized IRS ITIN Operations office in Austin, Texas.
Final ITIN Issuance
Once the IRS processes the packet, your official ITIN assignment letter is mailed to our secure facility, and we immediately upload a high-resolution scan to your dashboard.
Real Founders, Real Approvals
"I was terrified of mailing my only passport to Texas for 4 months. The residential address team verified me over a quick Zoom call, and I had my ITIN 7 weeks later. Flawless process."
"Stripe shut down my account because I didn't have an SSN or ITIN. Using this CAA service, I got my ITIN without leaving London, and my Stripe was fully restored."
ITIN FAQ
Do I absolutely need an ITIN to open a US Bank Account?
+No. You can open commercial accounts at Mercury or Relay with just your LLC's EIN and your foreign passport. However, an ITIN is required to open personal US bank accounts, access US credit cards (like Capital One or Amex), and create advanced Stripe/PayPal accounts without limitations.
Can I use my National ID card instead of a Passport?
+The IRS requires two forms of identification if you do not use a Passport. A Passport is the only standalone document that proves both your identity and your foreign status. We highly recommend using a valid, unexpired passport.
Does an ITIN make me liable for US personal taxes?
+No. Possessing an ITIN does not automatically trigger US tax residency or make you liable for US income tax. It is simply a processing number for the IRS to track informational filings and tax treaty claims. Your tax liability is determined by your physical presence (Substantial Presence Test) and your business's "Effectively Connected Income" (ECI).
